About AP District Court
After the establishment of the State of Andhra, which separated from the erstwhile Madras Presidency with its Principal Seat at Guntur, in 1954, the Andhra Pradesh High Court was established. The state of Andhra Pradesh was formed in 1956 when Hyderabad State and Andhra State were merged. With the first team of 11 Hon’ble Judges, the High Court of Andhra Pradesh was established with a Principal Seat in Hyderabad. The first Chief Judge of the erstwhile High Court of Andhra Pradesh was Honorable Justice Koka Subba Rao.
The State of Andhra Pradesh was split into two in 2014, with the creation of the States of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad as a common High Court for the two. The common High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh was bifurcated and new High Courts viz., The Common High Court at Hyderabad for the States of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh were established on December 26, 2018.The High Court of Andhra Pradesh was founded with the first team of 14 Hon’ble Judges on January 1, 2019, in Amaravati. AP District Court Merit List 2023
The CBT-qualified Applicants will be called for the skill test. AP District Court Cut-Off Marks
