Existing Student or CA Member Online Registration Process on ICAI SSP Portal

The procedure for creating a new account in the ICAI SSP Portal for Exiting Students or ICAI Members is the same, but the user must select the role prior to doing so. Follow the steps below to register on the SSP Portal;

  • To begin, you must visit the ICAI Official Website at https://eservices.icai.org/.
  • The homepage will then appear in front of you.
  • Click on “Don’t have an account with SSP yet?” on the home page.
  • Existing Students/Members) Click Here A new page will open up in front of you after you click.
  • You must first select “Current Role” here.
  • After that, enter your date of birth and six-digit MRN number. and press the “Validate” button.
  • Enter your email address and mobile phone number in a dialog box that will now open up in front of you. and select OK.
  • The already-completed form will then appear on your screen.
  • You must now click the button that says “Generate OTP.”
  • Your mobile number and email will now receive an OTP, which will be entered for verification.
  • Click the Submit button now.

How to Fill the Articleship Termination/Completion Form?

if you wish to submit forms for completion of an auditship and termination of industrial training. The next step is to follow the step-by-step instructions below.

  • First, go to the official ICAI SSP website at https://eservices.icai.org/.
  • After that, use your User ID and Password to log in. subsequently, the Dashboard will appear on your screen.
  • You must then select the “Articleship” option from the “Articleship” menu.
  • Clicking on the articleship termination form is now required.
  • The termination form will then appear on your screen after this.
  • You must now provide all of the information requested on the form.
  • You must select Reason for Termination first in this section.
  • The details of the student will then be displayed below.
  • Next, enter the No. and Date of Termination. of the day of leave, details about the stipend, etc.
  • Select the “Next” option.
  • Make sure you enter the right information about the Member In Charge Training.
  • Only the work done details for the days served should be entered. In the remaining fields that are inapplicable, type “0” (zero).
  • If you attended any professional training programs during your articleship, now is the time to enroll in them.
  • During the articleship, the member’s remarks about the students should be recorded. likewise, press the Next button.
  • You must now upload the necessary document to back up the reason for termination listed on the first screen. Select “Submit.”
  • Download the PDF and have the members (MIT and the Principal) sign it.
