Terms and Conditions for Online Sawari

Welcome to Online Sawari! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Online Sawari’s Website, located at OnlineSawari.com.
By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Online Sawari if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
1. Definitions
•”Company,” “We,” “Our,” “Us” refers to Online Sawari.
•”Website” refers to OnlineSawari.com.
•”Service” refers to the car rental services provided by Online Sawari.
•”User,” “You,” “Your” refers to the person accessing this website and using our services.
•”Vehicle” refers to any car or other vehicle rented through our Service.
•”Rental Agreement” refers to the specific contract signed by the User at the time of vehicle pickup, detailing the terms of the specific rental.
2. Rental Requirements
To rent a vehicle from Online Sawari, you must:
•Be at least 21 years old (age may vary depending on vehicle category).
•Possess a valid driver’s license held for a minimum of 2 years.
•Present a valid credit card in your name for security deposit and payment.
•Provide a valid identification document (e.g., passport, national ID).
3. Booking and Cancellation
•Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Online Sawari. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.
•Cancellation Policy:
•Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
•Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup may incur a cancellation fee, as specified in your booking confirmation.
•No-shows will be charged the full rental amount or a significant portion thereof.
•Modifications: Booking modifications are subject to vehicle availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Rental Period
•The rental period is calculated on a 24-hour basis. Late returns may be subject to additional charges.
•Extensions of the rental period must be requested and approved by Online Sawari in advance.
5. Vehicle Use
•The vehicle must only be driven by the authorized driver(s) listed on the Rental Agreement.
•The vehicle must not be used for illegal purposes, racing, off-roading, or towing.
•Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. A cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
•Pets are generally not allowed unless explicitly agreed upon in advance.
6. Insurance and Damages
•Basic insurance coverage is included in the rental price. Details of coverage and deductibles will be provided in the Rental Agreement.
•Additional insurance options may be available for purchase to reduce your liability.
•The User is responsible for any damages to the vehicle not covered by insurance, including but not limited to damages caused by negligence, misuse, or unauthorized driving.
•In case of an accident or damage, the User must immediately notify Online Sawari and the local police.
7. Fuel Policy
•Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. Otherwise, a refueling charge plus the cost of missing fuel will apply.
8. Payment
•Payment for the rental and any additional services is due at the time of vehicle pickup.
•A security deposit will be held on your credit card and released upon the safe return of the vehicle in its original condition.
9. Limitation of Liability
Online Sawari will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
